QUESTION: What areas do you service?
ANSWER: We provide service primarily in the Charlotte, NC area. Our service radius extends 35 miles outside of the Charlotte city limit; however, we will travel outside of our 35 mile Charlotte radius for jobs consisting in either a large tour, a number of tours, or services ordered in bulk. Extra drive fees of $1.00/mile will apply if your property is more than 10 miles from our location in the 28210 zip code. We use Google Maps to calculate distances, call before ordering if your property is located more than 10 miles from our location in the 28210 zip code.

QUESTION: Are you associated with the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association?
ANSWER: Yes, we are an Affiliate Member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.

QUESTION: What listing information do I need to provide to CVHT for completion of my tour?
ANSWER: To set up the initial tour template we will need a headshot & company logo in JPEG format. For each tour posted to Realtor.com we will need the listing’s MLS #. To utilize the Neybor.com syndication portal we will need a copy of the MLS data sheet.

QUESTION: Are your tours MLS compliant?
ANSWER: Yes, we provide an un-branded tour link for distribution to the MLS.

QUESTION: When will my virtual tours expire?
ANSWER: Your tour will expire when you call us to have it taken down.

QUESTION: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
ANSWER: The tour window supports unlimited scenes in any combination of full 360, partial 360 or still images. If you have renderings or floor plans in JPEG format, we can add them as well in addition to actual photos. Please see the order section of this website for tour packages and pricing.

QUESTION: Can I place a link to school reports on my tours?
ANSWER: Yes. We will place a link to school reports on each of your tours.

QUESTION: Can I place a link to a map of the property location on my tours?
ANSWER: Yes. A link to a map of the property is automatically generated.
